Welcome Message

Congratulations on taking this exciting step toward developing a rewarding career in Business Analysis! We’re thrilled to have you on board and are committed to supporting you every step of the way. This journey will not only enhance your skills but also equip you with the confidence to thrive in real-world scenarios.

To help you make the most of this training, here are some key practices to adopt from day one:

  1. Get a Notepad Ready: From the very beginning, keep a dedicated notepad to jot down key insights, concepts, and takeaways from each lesson. This will be an invaluable resource for future reference and reflection.

  2. Take Reflection Seriously: At the end of each lesson, you’ll find reflection questions designed to deepen your understanding. Take the time to answer these thoughtfully, as they will prepare you for meaningful discussions with your mentors during 1-2-1 sessions.

  3. Engage with Your Tutors and Mentors: If you have questions or need clarification, don’t hesitate to post them on your online page. Your lead tutor is here to guide you and will either respond directly or ensure your mentor addresses them during your sessions.

  4. Complete All Tasks: Tasks are carefully designed to help you demonstrate your knowledge and ability to apply principles to real-life scenarios. Completing these tasks is critical to your progress, so give them your best effort and use them as a way to challenge yourself.

  5. Stay Committed: Growth comes with consistent effort. Make it a priority to engage actively, ask questions, and reflect deeply on each session.

We have high expectations for you because we know you’re capable of achieving remarkable things. To fully understand our approach and what’s expected of you, please listen to the induction video on the next slide.
